Manhattan Renovations services its clients seamlessly to give them a high level of confidence that things will get done right. Our goal is to protect them from the nuisances and headaches associated with renovation projects. We're experts at achieving that goal across a wide variety of projects throughout Manhattan:

• Brownstone "gut" and renovations
• Cooperative and condominium renovations
• Kitchens and bath upgrades
• Building lobby and common area renovations
• Medical and corporate office projects
• High-end boutique retail projects

We provide clients with a single point of contact and maintain full-time staff at a conveniently located office so that we are at their beck and call. Here is a brief description of how we simplify and bring value to the renovation process:

Pre-Design Services
Whether you currently own or are thinking of buying, we help you get a handle on what you can do with your home. Our outlook and advice is investment oriented to help you stretch the value of your dollar, and help you decide how much you should do to, or offer on, your home.

Design Phase Services
We work with you, your architect or designer, and your decorator to realize your dreams. Or, we can assume responsibility for the design completely by rolling design services into our contract with our own design resources. Either way, we provide constructability reviews and real sub-contractor and vendor pricing during design, to ensure that what gets drawn gets built.

Reviews and Approvals
Most projects hit their first serious snag when drawings go for reviews and approvals. We are expert at anticipating the City's hot points and know how to avoid conflict with the buildings department. We also coordinate closely in the early stages - before design is complete - with building boards and management to ensure that their concerns and needs are met. In this way we avoid approval-driven revisions and delays.

Construction and Project Management
Manhattan Renovation controls all of its demolition, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinet and fixture-work, and exterior deck work and landscaping. And when we say control, we mean daily on-site presence by the company's president, its quality executive, and its field operations personnel. We have no bureaucracy and no problem making the fast decisions that keep a project out of trouble.

Punchlisting and Move-In
Construction may be done, but we're not. We take special care to inspect and correct all work before the client moves in. Plus, we can coordinate your move-in and show you how your fixtures and equipment work, making your first few days in your new home that much easier.
